本日、株式会社日本貿易保険（NEXI）の元顧問が公契約関係競売等妨害罪の容疑で逮捕されました。 昨年（2018年）10月に元顧問による次期貿易保険システムの入札不正が確認されて以降、経済産業省としては、株式会社日本貿易保険に対し、外部弁護士を長とする調査委員会の調査報告書に基づき再発防止策を検討・実施するように指示・指導してまいりました。 今回、元顧問が逮捕されたことは極めて遺憾であり、このような事案が二度と発生しないよう、同社が取り組んでいる再発防止策を引き続き実施するよう、指導・監督してまいりま…
