Glacial lake bursts its banks, triggering flash floods in north-east India – video

Homes were destroyed, bridges collapsed and at least 14 people were killed in the Indian state of Sikkim after heavy rain caused a glacial lake to burst its banks, triggering floods in a mountain valley.
