The house had been home to Hasina\u2019s late father and independence leader, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The demonstrations were sparked by news that Hasina was scheduled to give an online speech to supporters from her exile in neighbouring India, where she fled last year during a deadly student-led uprising against her 15-year rule.
