The film has been billed as Fan\u2019s comeback from professional purgatory since <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2019\/apr\/25\/fan-bingbing-china-star-reappears-after-nearly-a-year-in-wilderness\">she disappeared from public view <\/a>for nearly a year in 2018.
