Marking one year since Moscow&#8217;s invasion, the resolution was adopted with 141&nbsp;votes in favour and 32 abstentions. Six countries joined Russia to&nbsp;vote&nbsp;no: Belarus, North Korea, Eritrea, Mali, Nicaragua and Syria.
