Police allege he refused to provide ID and behaved in an \u201cuncooperative\u201d way despite multiple warnings, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2022\/sep\/20\/hong-kong-journalist-charged-days-before-leaving-for-oxford-fellowship\">he was charged this week<\/a>.
