But that is not saying much. Last Sunday her words were jumbled, her voice on edge. She said she had not slept. That she could not eat or keep food down. That she had had thoughts of self-harm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was on a plane yesterday and I said to my brother, \u2018Can you feel me sitting next to me?\u2019 And he said, \u2018Have you completely lost it?\u2019 And I said, \u2018No, I\u2019m just not sure I\u2019m sitting next to you. I feel like I\u2019m in a dream.\u2019 And afterwards, I spoke to my psychiatrist and she said, \u2018You\u2019re dissociating.
