The withdrawal of foreign aid after the Taliban took over Kabul has crippled the economy and led to a humanitarian crisis<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is the first time I\u2019ve been home in six years,\u201d says Sayed Muhammad, 70.<\/p>\n<p>But the sight that greeted his family on their return a few weeks ago was one of devastation.
