From photographing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/global-development\/2018\/aug\/25\/i-try-to-bury-that-pain-rohingya-refugees-on-the-trauma-they-carry\">Rohingya forced out of Myanmar<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/library.panos.co.uk\/features\/stories\/the-rape-of-a-nation.html#0_00121310\">rape survivors<\/a> in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to documenting the lives of people in countries where their sexuality is illegal, his work has earned him award after award.<\/p>\n<p>But for his latest project <a href=\"http:\/\/robinhammond.co.uk\/2020\/index.html\">the photographer<\/a> has embarked on a paradigm shift: to remove himself \u2013 and others like him \u2013 from the process entirely.
