The rain had stopped and the sun was shining again when the 70-year-old dug him out. At midnight, he buried him again.<\/p>\n<p>Less than a week after flash floods killed at least 116 people \u2013 including Zada\u2019s 35-year-old son \u2013 and injured 120 more in Charikar, the capital of Afghanistan\u2019s Parwan province, Zada\u2019s house lies destroyed, each room filled almost to the ceiling with what is now dry mud.
