Unfortunately its powers are limited<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday the internet in Kutupalong, a city-sized refugee camp in south-eastern Bangladesh, was switched back on for a few hours. The camp\u2019s residents gathered around their phones as, 5,000 miles away in The Hague, the international court of justice (ICJ) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2020\/jan\/23\/international-court-to-rule-on-rohingya-genocide-safeguards\" title=\"\">delivered a ruling<\/a> on Myanmar\u2019s treatment of its Rohingya Muslim minority.
