An unmistakable figure in his broad-brimmed hats and Issey Miyake suits, grey-bearded David was the epitome of an Englishman abroad.<\/p>\n<p>In 2001 he founded the <a href=\"https:\/\/gulfnews.com\/lifestyle\/rebuilding-a-legacy-in-south-korea-1.732621\" title=\"\">Tea Museum<\/a>, a retail and restaurant business in Seoul.
